CD Type Indicator

This is an eight digit numeric code set

The first 2 digits are the CD type code and are as follows:

00 = normal CD

01 = Aboriginal CD

02 = Defence establishment

CD 03 - 99 = Spare codes at this stage.

The remaining 6 digits represent the "CD Merge Key", which at this stage is not being used.
