This field shows the name of the geographical area. In the case of Trailer Records, TOTAL SUBDIVISION, TOTAL DIVISION, TOTAL STATE will be shown. The length of the field is 57 characters, however, the actual name inserted is never more than 40 characters long including embedded blanks.
