Receiving CD

If a CD has the code ' 1 ' in Field 19 (indicating it is confidential), then the CD indicative (State, Census Divisions Census Subdivision, CD and Check Digit Indicator) of the receiving CD (to which the data for this CD has been transferred) will appear in this field. Otherwise, this field will contain zeros.

NOTE: A confidential CD is any CD which contains one to three males, one to three females or one to three occupied private dwellings. All the data for a confidential CD is not necessarily transferred. All the data for all occupied private dwellings is transferred, together with that for non-private dwellings which contain only one to three males or one to three females. Where non-private dwellings contain more than three males and three females, the non-private dwelling is not transferred to the receiving CD.
